Scott. This is my response to Those of who feel negative at this point. SELL SHRORT. You just do not get it. "dd to death" should make you go back and look at what has occured here. It has been done. As an employer I will tell you this. I will hire momentem and willingness before historical performance and a neutral attitude. In this case we get experience and momentum, and historical performance. This development is a good thing, IMHO. If you really feel that way----BAIL. It's really that simple.
