Makes circumstances increasingly suspect when I think of Sec'y Rubin, about a month ago, warning that all currencies must be made to float. I recall it well, if only for the bold wording of his comment.

Most recently the Administration offered-up a fellow of mixed Middle-East heritage who had no experience whatsoever with anything Latin American. Mafalda, she is still laughing.
