There are a lot of exciting factors to consider:

1. The annual statement discussed that Sh. holders meeting (they are announcing a future private placement)
Private Placement:

There is no way the company would do a private placement with the price of the stock sub $1.00. It is likely the stock will have to be at higher levels in the next couple of months for a successful private placement to bring the required funds.

MCF - T
I would like everybody to look at MCF on TSE after the stock increases 3 fold they announce a private placement with warrants @ $6.00 or something.
Cannacord a brokerage house in Toronto was involved.

2. Looks like Cannacord or Research Capital may be involvled 'cause they started buying large blocks of shares in the past couple of days.

COME ON Folks Mond is owned by Americans they are not at all conservative like us Cdn. They will work aggresively and he Mr. Buffet's son... I am sure he knows what to do here.
