I usually ignore shareholder suits, but the constant deluge against COMS got me nervous enough to sell 20% shortly after the opening, as it seemed to stall (28 3/4). My luck was true to form, and the stock promptly took off to 30! As for PAIR, I'm with you on the "hold" of the decade scenario. The only question is "can I" (hold)? Suffice it to say that I have a ton of shares (relative), and thus all the time spent devouring every morsel of info. I can get on this co. Shares in the $12 range are still IMHO a f^&^*{"g steal! larry
