Just presenting information from different sources Brian H., as everyone works through what is going on. I don't take credit for most of what I post, since it is all borrowed really. I already made a mistake on Eastern Europe in a post from some time back. Until yesterday I thought it had zero cell capability, but in the comment memo I posted to poster Winn's good reasonings on price I see that in fact there is some market there, though not deep (as I was subsequently told) today, for cellular. I don't know Quentin Hardy.
