Armin: Call IR, voice your concerns and ask them to explain. You're a shareholder they'll respond or find an officer who will. Who knows maybe Sobol came to them with the idea/technology/plan to do N2P and this was the deal sawn off with him to divulge. Or maybe he and Mrs.....no, we won't go there. .....C

Armin, they bought his company and he got a ton of shares and options on net2phone if he would build it up and get it ready for IPO, is my understanding.
