Well Ed

I do not want to be negative in the mist of all the good news.

But in my conversations with Pyng starting in April or May 1998 until
December 1998 there was no concern about ramping up production. My impression from these conversations was that there were many companies that could produce the product if Pyng decided to outsource. According to my notes from last September it would take 3-6 months after the field testing (which originally was estimated to take 90-120 days but ended up taking about 11 months) had been completed to finalize the design and institute volume production. Well we are now at day 42 and counting, but not much info on when volume production will begin.

The April 9 1999 PR stated "Pyng Medical Corp. will now devote all current financial and human resources to bring to the market a mass-produced, high quality, cost effective F.A.S.T.1 TM System for delivery by the fourth quarter 1999." Which I interpreted to be by July 99 as this is the beginning of Pyng's fourth fiscal quarter and 4 months after field test ended. But, according to the Vancover Investor's Forum interview that Mr. Jacobs did "by Dec 99 if not before" is the goal line now which is 8 months from the end of field tests.

So I am sure you can see why I am concerned anytime I hear about a new hurdle that must be cleared in the path to mass production. In my opinion this is the main reason for the lack of response by the market to what I consider to be very good news. No one has any idea when mass production will begin and even if investor's are sold on the concept why invest now if mass production will not begin until Dec 99 when the market is going crazy and everything in site has grown 15-20% they probably think there is plenty of time to get in. If a military stamp of approval can not move the stock then nothing but accepted orders with a projected ship date can. I have not sold a share and am very encouraged by the recent "flood" of news, but it sure would be nice to hear something definitive on production plans.

Did the Pyng Tour provide any information that would allow any insight into the current mass production target date?

Thanks again for you updates.
Jack
