Fair comment Brian, but the risk is already taken. We cannot turn back, take it slowly or be conservative. There will be $4bn and 12bn minutes up there in a few months. We cannot take it slowly and see how the market reacts. We have got to MAKE the market react. The Iridium model is NOT an option. We have done the equivalent of making 100 million ThinPhones right off the bat. We've already done that in terms of minutes but we're making 12,000 million of them! Now we have to sell them come hell or high water. Sure, it is a risky practise to try, but we have already taken the risk. Now we must go like mad and make it work. No it is NOT good to be conservative in this instance. Maurice
