Dear Cnat,
Flame flame flame. ( only because you asked ;)) Anyhooooo,,,,
What gets so confusing (to me ) is the mixture of forward looking News Releases and those that are signed & sealed, eg: the most recent one that although forward looking was released twice. I too am interested in knowing the status of the IIXC deal as most everyone that has chimed in is as well. At present am waiting for a reply from Craig here is what I sent:
Dear Craig,
From the FAQ:
"What will happen with the IXC deal as of June 1st, will DCI have to issue more shares?
There are certain obligations under the agreement that have to be fulfilled by IXC, which to this date have not been done. As a result, in our opinion, no additional shares need to be issued."

Can you please expound on:
1. What obligations have not been met?
2. How many shares have been issued?
3. Is IXC in agreement with your conclusion?
4. What is the overall status of this deal at this juncture?

Perhaps he will update the FAQ in lieu of responding directly, either way is fine, whoops I could be told to go pound sand, hmm nahhh doubt it as they have been working very hard ( AS USUAL ) to reply to any inquiries. Why don't you forward your summary to HQ and see what they say.,,, Barbara

Cnatman - Sounds like reasonable questions to me..................
I own another stock where the Chairman sends out a "Letter To Shareholders" twice per year. I don't know the legal/SEC ramifications regarding the content of such letters, but all stockholders greatly look forward to them.
It seems to me that there is a plethora of "topics" that could be
addressed by Mr. Murphy is such a letter. Again, I don't know if
such a document would be considered as "informal" by the fabulous
SEC but there sure are a helluva lot of things that need to be
answered for any who might be reconsidering their substantial investments in this company. Comments?.....................V

Cnatman,

Thanks for your due diligence. I too made big investment in DCTC mostly based on the numbers and development in company's public news release and by my own due diligence with comparison of similar companies.

I agree with you there are lots of undelivered projection. Thus I strongly suggest the company could learn from the past by setting conservative target at first and surprising shareholders with much better results at last.

But the most important thing is the Revenue growth for a developing stage company. Although there is some disappointment, DCI Telecommunication Inc has indeed made a VERY SIGNIFICANT progress by
reaching revenue at $40million for 1999. Revenue number is not an empty words. The significance is if we use this revenue number and the Industry average PRICE/SALES ratio at 5, this revenue number will
give a fair DCTC value at $6.5 .

After all, as long as DCI Revenue is on fast growth and the business on right track, I am comfortable on my investment in DCTC even if I am surprisingly disappointed by all unexpected issues.

I think sincere and honest arguments is healthy for shareholders as well as for the company since everyone needs to learn everyday.

Long on DCTC.
WM

Cnatman,

I feel your pain and understand your concerns. The two main issues that I see in your questions are the promise to buyback the convertibles and the lack of revenue ramp up for the contracts we signed in previous press releases.

I believe that Joe really wanted to buy back the convertibles, but just found other uses for the cash that he felt were better. IMO, he shouldn't make promises like that in press releases. It doesn't do any good, especially when he sets deadlines like January 1999 and doesn't come through.

I share your concern about that lack of revenue ramp up and we like to understand exactly what's going on in this area. Do they still have the contracts? Why aren't they ramping up yet?

Please share the answers you get from Craig Murphy.

Grant
