Thanks for the advice. Actually,I had tried calling the co.y'day,and left a message on their ans.machine.My call was returned late in eve,and I missed it.That was why I was posting so late last night.However,I got thru today to them,my broker,and Montr.Trust. FYI-From Mntr.Trust it was explained that I could paricipate in the rights offering as it would be offered to me through my account as a registered shareholder.However,I would not be able to exercise it.She did say that I could however,then sell my rights,so in that way,non-eligible shareholders are not left left completely out.I guess that depends on whether or not anybody actually wants to buy them. Maybe worth a few cents!Perhaps my best view is I'm SOL at this time. But if I can sell them,I will.
