I am not sure about the exact number of shares owned by insiders, but it greatly exceeds 10.5 million. Perhaps by a multiple of three. Paul Allen (who indeed sold some of his MSFT) and GE Capital control Telescan. Merchant banker (and very successful net investor) Allen Gaines owns a few million shares of GLBN. Telescan initial 10% investment was under $10 million. The last tranche valued GLBN at $206 million, and at the time was valued at about $11 million. Since the second transaction was done with TSCN stock which has appreciated almost 40%, the transaction is now worth $15 million. I believe a big reason for the increase in the share price of TSCN is due to affiliation with GLBN.

Ken, if your computer has the capacity, listen to this recent interview with GLBN CEO. Very impressive:

When you get your US figures right, start figurin out the
$15 million stuck in by Dixons(Freeserve) last week, and then
look at the investment being made in global share trading
software and systems........
