Zebraspot, you know as well as I do that an unsubstantiated flat-out lie can damage a company if the claimant is not made to back it up with facts. And I DO have the right to initate litigation if someone does that to a company I've invested in. You talk about "legal fascism," as if the company involved and its shareholders have no rights under the law, only scumbags telling lies. BTW, there is a big difference between legitimate criticism, damaging or not, and making things up out of thin air. You can make legitimate criticisms that are useful without causing the "doom" of "this whole new media," and without me or anyone else here liking it or agreeing with it, just as long as you don't start manufacturing things that don't exist.

I noticed that you especially took offence to my joking around about CD's handle. Big deal, so what, get a life.

"You going to sue all the inaccurate posters on the internet- or just the ones posting against stocks you're down in?"

No Zebraspot, just flat-out liars. There are thousands of posts that I don't agree with that the thought of legal action would never occur because they don't manufacture facts. They give their opinion and usually their thought processes behind them with relevant facts as they see fit. But not lies.

BTW, I'm not down in this stock. My average price was about $4.00. Seems like you're in the business of making up stories too.
