Anyone know how many Share Philips is controlling?
I haven't tendered and missed the 20 7/8ths price before the extension of the offer.

trying to decide to cash-in or not (via market at ~$20.75). Then again, i could probably just by some Jan'00 20 leaps (~$1) to control the same amount of stock but tying up less cash. By then if deal falls through or another suitor appears, i believe we would be above 21 anyway.

Can someone tell me if i have a flaw with this strategy?
