I believe sales have picked up significantly in the second qtr which ends 30 June. The company will have its full first 3 months of sales from Unicore. Unicore had revenues of over 3 million last year. I am expecting sales of Unicore products to exceed 4 million this year. This would increase revenue by at least 100% beginning in the second qtr and continuing to gain momentum throughout the year as a reult of:

1) Digital partnership
2) Diamond modem deal
3) New Product - Card Ware and partnership with Compaq
4) New product announcements
5) Upgrades to existing product - Fast Move & Checkit 2000
6) OEM announcements / bundle deals

* I am expecting the company to take a charge in the first qtr to pay for the move to MA. . . BUT the savings from this move in reduced overhead . . .saleries etc will make a big impact in the next several qtrs. TSSW will not have to pay taxes as a result of its large capital loss carry forward.

And perhaps the biggest motive is that the NEW CEO will own 25% of all shares. He will have a big motive to get the price of shares UP.

I think we agree on that Sunny, its only a matter of time now...things are looking much better, and as DC as shown us, revenues will certainly be heading north.
