I didn't mean to imply it was simple. I know it isn't. I was pointing out the MOST basic way you can use it, which gives you a much better chance to make $$ than not having it at all.

I am still learning a lot about L2. The most interesting times are when a stock runs with the balance "the wrong way"; also when one MM shows 100 stocks on the Ask and yet a few thousand go through in small lots with no other MM stepping up to replace the first seller.

Just trying to encourage those with significant money at stake to fork out a few pennies for a new window on the world.

Contrarian pick of the day - RIG. Buy it when no one wants it because it always but always goes back to the 30's.

Barb, I had to shake my head in agreement to your comment:

<<I went for a time early this year without (level 2) and it felt like I was trying to trade blindfolded.>>

I hear you! Only problem for me is I cannot seem to locate a L2 supplier who supports Macintosh.

Is there anyone out there who is using L2 on a Mac? Sure would appreciate any input.

Please excuse my dropping in on you all for this...please feel free to send me a PM instead of posting back to the thread.
