Syncrude,

As per our discussion re: SBX supporting market caps of 100MM. Your argument centred around the fact that SBX is retail only and has very limited potential. That may be true but in the internet world of today how do you explain E-Toys, yesterday's IPO on the NASDQ?? They're doing one thing: selling toys online. They have 30M(US) in sales, have lost copious amounts of cash, quarter by quarter, and now command a market cap of 8 billion (US). They are 30% bigger than Toys-r-us.

If they, with 30M in sales can support a market cap of that, why are you so incredulous to the 100M figure for SBX??

I think E-Toys is of course overvalued, but in the internet world investor sentiment, alone seems to be driving certain companies. That sentiment has not and maybe never will hit SBX. All fundamentals seem to be meaningless.

Regards,

Dean
PS: For the record I am out of my SBX position for those reasons (market sentiment) not because I don't believe they have a good idea and company.
