I have seen some amazing calculations on this board and had to correct it.

NTOP will offer roughly 10% of its shares during the IPO. Raising $50 thus means that NTOP would be valued around $500m PRIOR TO THE BEGINNING OF TRADING. But because only a very small float will be publicly traded, I would not be surprised to see a 4 times increase (look at EToy) in the IPO price after the first two days.
Now you have a $2bn company. IDTC owning 66% of it makes its NTOP holding worth $1.3bn. That does not include IDTC's current business.

Anybody who is selling in the 20s will deeply regret it soon. Why do you think the MMs bring the price down? They want to buy, not sell.
