Agree..I'm sure there are many out there just sitting on the sidelines either waiting to jump in, or have put their shares aside for the time being, waiting for something to take place. If original # of shares was agreed upon for IR/PR, then so be it. End of story. You agree beforehand on a price, then it should be a done deal, with follow through the proper way. If what you state has taken place, more shares wanted, then I do not agree with that. We are back to more shares, more dilution. And the longer the co. takes to get their act together, the more expenses, whatever they might be, pile up with no income, which usually means more shares out there to pay for things.
