Company Press Release

Internet Access Company - MSU Corporation - Raises $3.5 Million to Accelerate
Price-Reduction Strategy

MILTON KEYNES, United Kingdom--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1999-- Price-leading Internet Set Top Box Company MSU Corporation, (OTC BB:MUCP - news) today announced
it has broken escrow on a $3.5 million private share placement designed to accelerate its development of the next generation of low-cost set-top devices.

Pitched to private and professional telecoms and internet investors in the UK and USA, the placement was quickly oversubscribed. MSU, which already manufactures one of the world's
lowest unit cost Internet access boxes - SlipStream - has earmarked the capital to further strengthen its price point advantage with plans to reduce build costs by another 30% over the next
6 months.

Accelerating market penetration

Although the set-top market is widely tipped for triple-digit growth, many analysts believe that reduced manufacturing costs are crucial in the fight to shift projected volumes. According to
the company, its aggressive cost-reduction strategy will position it even further ahead of its competitors as markets become ever-more price-sensitive.

Slipstream's market-leading combination of price and functionality have created broad new opportunities for both existing and new ISPs. 'New generation' ISPs such as banks, store chains
and media groups have been particularly quick to appreciate Slipstream's advantages.

Its low entry cost opens the door to highly competitive 'sign-up' offers. In an increasingly fragmented market, Slipstream reduces the prices of market share acquisition. Its functionality and
customisable options - including customer-specified Log-in and Home, Search and Favourites page features have delighted ISPs focused on maximising advertising and partnership
revenues.

Development schedule

The company forecasts that devices such as set-top boxes and multimedia TVs will overtake the number of PCs sold within 8 years. According to Malcolm Desborough, MSU Marketing
Manager: ''Our price advantage has stimulated phenomenal interest. We are negotiating sales contracts across every continent.''

Confirming the successful share placement, MSU director Steve Wilkinson pointed out: ''As a supplier in the highly-charged Internet stocks sector, there has been a great deal of investor
speculation. This successful strategic placement - with knowledgeable, expert investors - is a massive vote of confidence in our strategy.''

MSU - Condensed Press Briefing

MSU Corporation is based in Milton Keynes, UK, and designs and manufactures low cost Internet access devices. Using MSU's proprietary browser, SlipStream offers low-cost Internet
access and email to anyone with a television and telephone. Their flagship product - SlipStream - a sub-$150 TV set-top box with infrared keyboard is set for volume production. Further
cost reductions are scheduled for Q4.
