Hawkeye, I'm not surprised that the Hindenberg Syndrome is not playing a role. People are used to safety these days. A helium-filled rigid dirigible the size of the Hindenberg is scheduled for a maiden voyage from Germany about the same time the hydrogen fuel cell busses hit the streets.

The Hindenberg Syndrome did play a huge part in the fears of the corporations considering introducing hydrogen fuel cell technology in vehicles. Now that they recognize this is not playing a part, a rather significant barrier has come down and we can expect the pace of development to accelerate and the schedule of introduction to be moved forward.
