LPS,

ADAM popped up on a scan last night. The spread during a big morning move was about 3/8 average but dropped to 1/8 to 3/16th in the afternoon. The stock usually does 25k to 50k a day but did 6M yesterday.

The 5-min chart is smooth and easy to read. Most of the action was in the morning but there was a clear descending triangle break in the afternoon. And the retracements to the trend all came close to proportional numbers (38%, 50%, 62%).

So there were opportunities for day traders from the tech standpoint. And those spreads likely set up some nice swing scalps.
