*AV*- Thanks and I hope it continues to reward us. From the way things are going today, so far, item #5 was one of the few things I was able to do today<GGG>. Hopefully, you noticed that yourself. Nothing like drowning in a $3 gain on a $13.50 stock. I made 18 years worth of subscriptions on that one trade this morning<G>. No kidding! A $40K investment yielded a $9K profit while eveything was languishing this morning. Same thing happened yesterday (by accident though yesterday) as we were exiting some positions we noticed CLAI taking off. The newsletter has been rewarding in many ways besides financially. As a matter of fact, subscription fees are below what I expected, for the time put in<GG>. We set out and accomplished what we wanted to, though. The readers have not only made money but some have gained an education in both an investing discipline and in Semiconductor technology, making them more informed investors. A few readers write us now, when they execute a trade, to see if it matches with the actions we are taking. Some even are beating me by a few fractions now and have anticipated the moves we are discussing or ideas we are interested in that appear in the subsequent issues. This makes us feel real good since readers are becoming better informed and are not waiting to be led into stocks or told where to invest. This kind of information and confidence that is becoming part of their investment regime is the biggest kick I get since it transcends the newsletter and our personal successes. This is one level above the satisfaction I get participating here since you never know whether you are the preacher or a member of the congregation. The final kickers are the two types of letters I receive that could almost be used as testimonials. The first are the readers that had a few dollars and a portfolio that was small or going nowhere that were able to create a worthwhile portfolio over the past months. The second are the letters telling me how years worth of losses were turned around over the past few months. Some of it looks to be due to a shift in discipline and staying away from the sucker plays. Through it all, one thing does come through. Most of the readers have created a new investment strategy and discipline, gleaned from what they read in RadarView, and they have reduced the number of forays into questionable stocks or stocks that have been spammed, scammed or hyped. That is where I get the most gratification, since it goes beyond the stocks we discuss. I think everyone of the RadarView subscribers is an intelligent investor, if they weren't already. This was probably worth the subscription price, with everything else just gravy. RadarView has been an education for me and I do not mind putting in the long hours to provide what amounts to documenting what is driving my own investment decisions. My only regret is it takes a net 5 hours more than I would normally spend to make my decisions, since I now document what is going on in my head. Usually I could make it to bed by 11pm to midnight after I stare at the data screens and my scratch notes. Now I try to document the process via tables, news releases, random thoughts, background data, etc. This is probably the reason why the sections seem to jump around and why some redundancy appears occasionally. It is almost like I am modelling my mental process at times<GGG> I finish up the written documentation to send out in the early morning hours. We are trying to cut out those hours by levels of automation and trying to improve our typing skills and trying to get a voice to text program to work. Apparently I am the proof of what happens when the mind can outpace the ability to type.<GG> Anyway thanks for the kind words since word of mouth advertising is the best type of advertising (far superior to my very limited and pathetic marketing attempts). I hope the next 100 issues are equally as profitable as we get deeper into this recovery cycle. I also hope we can expand readership since, as you stated, the cost is minimal relative to the gains attained. Andrew BTW - knowing that issue #100 was approaching was the only reason I put the one time special discount and terms in the newsletter this month. (Sneaky the way I slipped that in<GG>)
