I like that a lot ... especially since jmcgc will hold 48 percent..
it looks as if the management of jmcgc also with their insider buying
is determined to make the share price fly..
don't forget the experience and connections..
geez.. they were smart enough to buy into optimark
ps looks as if there might be 15 million shares of optimark
150,000,000 million dollars I read somewhere on optimark site
If you want to buy a lot more..you had better do it soon..

Of course. What company is going to be acquired without receiving compensation in the form of cash or shares? The important point of any acquisition is whether it will be accretive to EPS. If you increase your outstanding shares by X % but increase the current/future EPS by X + %, then it is accretive, otherwise it is dilutive.
