Anybody still holding PZE ? Not sure what to do here. I'am reading stuff like this...

As for PennzEnergy shareholders, Gheit characterized the situation as 'very bleak,' since the company fought off an $84 per share all-cash offer from Union Pacific Resources (NYSE:UPR - news) in a battle than ran for months during the summer of 1997. 'Were I a PennzEnergy shareholder I would be furious,' Gheit said. 'If this is not a crime, or a miscarriage of justice, then what is?'

Michael Price and Mario Gabelli are really p#ssed. Maybe Yogi's wisdom applies here and its not over til' its over.

John

Institutions are buying FLC. Of what trading has been reported by AUTEX so far, it's virtually ALL institutional. I guess the individual investors are taking your advice.

You may be correct on FLC -- i.e., pump and dump. And I still see the possibility of a dip below 9. But by weakness they could mean the more than 20% decline from the beginning of the month to yesterday. That's also more than a 40% retrace of the March-April rally.

(The stock was above 11 for more than 4 hours this month.)

Of course, I'm not exactly unbiased when it comes to FLC.
