Conversation with KB: 1. Production for 601 program is ramping up. Work being done in several locations. (Forgot to ask about HGRM's relationship with American Bank Note. Wonder if we are outsourcing some of our work to them?? Bet we are.) 2. Progress is being made with JV partner, Spetszak. Be a couple of years before there is a plant in Russia. Personnel for that facility will be trained in U.S. prior to commencement of production there. 3. Audit just waiting for final sign off. Kevin's as exasperated as we are. 4. Expect first payment on 601 contract by end of June. 5. Has retained an undisclosed group to work on getting listed on NASDAQ. 6. May have a shareholders' meeting some time this year (in conjunction with getting listed). 7. Hoping to file for three more patents sometime soon. 8. Seventeen employees at hqs. Sales reps throughout the rest of the world are independent, commision sales people. 9. Expect the announcement of some significant new contracts this year. 10. Doesn't have any idea how many shareholders we have at this time because so many shares are held in street name.
