Did the GNE/Xoma P III agreement leak? Yes. Who leaked it? Not to a favored few but to the whole world. The other side did. When a company holds news back waiting for an opportune moment to release it, the risk of leaks is greater. This does not mean I don't understand why a company would want to choose the most opportune time and place to release information. Indeed with each financial release, or annual meeting, I too hope any company will say something, "new". Just a comment that the longer one waits the more difficult it is to prevent a leak.

Everyone knew what was going on in the Phase II trial, from nurses to interns. The paper paled in comparison to the people who saw what was going on as far as impact. I must agree that... the answer is out there.
