" break into this market?" high quility multimedia that cable can't provide, narrow band communications problems, freqency hopping for increased security(a big ine Imho), can tie wireless into existing NT server setup by adding special access points, penetrates walls ceilings and floors, extend existing networks to industrial parks who don't have cable and fiber is to expensive, wireless bridges offers easy way to link buildings, eliminates the expense of a leased line(t1), long range wireless bridges are needed even more, mobile computing, packet-radio communication(satellite uplink), MICROWAVE systems on campus or Ind parks more like the hopper, one of the big boys will produce wireless network adapter cards, hope this helps, but it is more of a tech view point. Hatim should be able to add some. Cheers N

Thanks for your continued interest.

Breaking into the big companies is always a challenge. They have big processes that they have to follow before they commit big bucks.

However, many big operators in telecommunications do not have high speed data offerings and wireless is often the only answer.

I personally believe that it is a matter of time. Wi-LAN has a strategy of targeting the big operators and this should yield dividends over the next months. Do not forget, it is only 3 months ago that we signed with Telia.

Thanks again.
