Ahoy mate, From Brown's Post #2428 on this thread, "The rights offering is not being made in any Canadian jurisdiction other than Ontario and British Columbia nor is it being made in the United States or any of its territories or possessions thereof or in the United Kingdom." I read that as saying you are also S.O.L. but you may want to contact the company to be sure. As soon as I saw the above mentioned post I started dumping my KOB and have begun moving into HTP which, in spite of all of their recent issues, options,and PP's, still offers significantly superior value and upside per share (even before the dilution of the rights offering). Yes, I know it's the VSE but Busby and his crew sure as Hell have incentive to move the stock so.... Good Luck. Later, grayhairs
