I admire your stance but since I need the cash I'm going to endorse the crime. I think you are absolutely right though. I've been with this stock since january of 97. My position is small. I would imagine if anything is going to happen it will happen before the 27th. An injunction is what I expect. So the FORE soap opera continues.

Come on , Jas! you really do not want to mess around anymore with these crooks! They are not even intelligent ones!! They screwed up royally for the past two years, and they have all the power and money. Let the lawyers get them... and as a result , we might still see one or two bucks per share in a couple of years....
