Volume low because few are putting in market orders. Opps just jumped to 68,500. Someone must have sold 50,000 shares at market. My guess is that those institutions who have converted their bonds are putting limit sales at or near the ask. Few are putting in limit orders near the bid so price should go down. Lets all put in limit orders at the bid and a few market buy orders right now. Come on I don't see the bid going up. Oh I have to post this first! ;-)
