<<Which one will hit 15 first? >> I think PDE will do it first. Because PDE 50-days SMA has crossed 200-day SMA, which is a very important indicator for the trend and near-term support. FLC, and RIG are among the few oil stocks have not done it yet. So they still haven't found a near term support here. RIG, I think, will have this cross-over pretty soon, but FLC still need at least a couple weeks. GIFI had this cross-over 4-5 days ago, so now it is positioned itself for an up-ward run. Of course, just IMO.
