Bruce:

GNCI has had positive momentum for eight weeks now. Average momentum periods are 6-8 weeks. Of course, it can be much higher, or much lower. GNCI is also trading at the top of its trading range. My guess is it's time for a little consolidation here. We just have to wait and see. Breaking the resistance at 18 and current positive momentum are the positives for GNCI.
