You don't need to go too far - just check the PR with earnings from 2Q of 1997 to 2Q of 1998. Most likely 3Q of 1997. You will find a referece to this AMAT (co-)owned fab in it. Something to the effect that their backlog includes order from this fab. Mike is not making things-up.
