As Alice once said, things are not exactly as they appear: "appears that institutional interest in ASTN is growing."

Howmuchewannabet that this pig NEVER (ok, say the next six months) gets over 7% institutional ownership?

I think you've been fed a bit of a line. If you check Thomson's "sample" report, you'll see they don't plot a chart for institutional interest. What you might have there is the net insider holdings.
