Jim: While your advice was directed to Auric, and he is perfectly capable of defending himself, I thought I'd jump in to point out that your rule might make sense if your position size is a few thousand shares. If, on the other hand, you wish to create a real short position in a bulletin board name, you need to do it while the demand is there. If you wait until the peak has passed, it's unlikely you'll get the shares off. "Feed the ducks while they're quacking" Now, if you wish to fight about it... soundamerica.com
