If the past is any indicator, those guys couldn't tell a file cabinet from a chair, let alone file anything.

Sorry, I should apologize - they're probably not all as obstinately slow-witted as the one we've had to deal with. In fact, if there's a nickel to be made some of them might get their secretaries to fill out the single page correctly and in short order.
