JDN...as an alternative (or parallel) course of action, why not urge TAVA executive management to shop additional buyers? I've already rattled off a few names for you - GE, CSC, CA, and there are plenty more shoppers looking for consulting companies...

I would think that "constructive" pressure in tandem with legal pressure is the only way you have a chance of getting the $$$ you believe you deserve.

As you well know, the likelihood of getting anything substantive out of a class action is minute, particularly in the absence of fraud or other flagrant violations (again, inexperience and poor judgement are not necessarily grounds for winning).

I neither support nor condemn your chosen path of action, however, I am a bit surprised that those who, along the way, tried so hard to advise & assist TAVA each of the (many) times they tripped and fell, are so quick to punish now.

There is PLENTY of time for an alternative deal to be put together, but no one seems interested...the cost of scrapping the deal should be nominal if the true valuation is what you believe it to be.

I'd at least try and use your current legal efforts as leverage to have TAVA management initiate discussions with other suitors...

Your thoughts?
