Since posting a I did a bit of research on DKIN and TYK.

TYK (VSE):
~15 million shares outstanding.
Price ~$1.65 (C) per share.
WI in Egyptian concession = 50%.

DKIN (BB):
~30 million shares outstanding.
Price ~$0.23 (USD) per share.
WI in Egyptian concession = 20%.

After conversion of currencies, it appears that TYK is about five times more expensive per share than DKIN and that there is about five times more WI per share with TYK. Hence, it may be a wash with regard to respective value of each. Thoughts? Of course, the value of either is predicated upon the commercial success of one or both proposed Egyptian wells with the first (Hana) to be spudded soon.
