Announces Private Placement Offering of Special Warrants at its Annual General Meeting CALGARY, May 21 /CNW/ - Net Shepherd Inc., (ASE: WEB) today announced it has retained Rampart Securities Ltd. to raise up to $5,000,000 (five million dollars) with Special Warrants, by way of a private placement on a best effort agency basis. The price of these Special Warrants has not yet been determined, however an announcement will be made as this information becomes available.
