Michelle, if you truly believe lying to your wife, cheating on her, and having her go into the public arena to lie for you, demonstrates commitment and love. Then there truly is little hope for you. Of course supporting someones spouse professionally is important. And if your account of Bob Dole is accurate, then it does show a certain amount of disrespect. But when you balance the two personalities and actions of the Presidents behavior, as opposed to Bob Dole's, the camparisons with regard to respect are laughable! The next part of your post is once again nothing more than stereotyping people based on their profession. Apparently, in your eyes, being an aerobics instructor doesn't measure up to your idea of a worthwhile profession or something. You can pretend to be better than every aerobics instructor on the planet if you like Michelle. To me it only shows how shallow and insecure you truly are. Truly secure and balanced people don't have the need to stereotype others based on what job they have in the present. Be careful Michelle, that waitress who served you coffee yesterday, or that Aerobics instructor you mock today, may end up holding the key to your life someday in the future. But that's the typical liberal view of women isn't it. If you don't have a job, or are working in some profession as decree by the "country club crowd" as acceptable, than you are somehow beneath me. Being a snob and living in your myopic belief system may be just fine for you, but for most conservatives we value people based on who they are, instead of what position they hold in life. You know next to nothing about Rush Limbaugh's wife, and yet you're willing to condemn her for being an Aerobics instructor. It's truly sad the way liberals put people in certain boxes of assumptions based on their job. One of the most intelligent people I've met on SI is a postal carrier. I suppose to you he's a waste that doesn't deserve the time of day. Sad.... If you really knew my background I'm certain you would feel the same way toward me Michelle. Heck, maybe you do already, I don't particularly care either way. Strange how a person like that can so completely destroy the arguments of liberals like yourself though isn't it? You see, I learned a long time ago, that learning how to learn and learning throughout life was far more valuable that what street you were grew up on, or what job you were doing in the present. Valuing a person regardless of their station in life is far more important than what the country club crowd has to say about them over tea and crumpits. But I suppose that's the real difference between conservatives and liberals isn't it. Conservatives believe people can achieve great things no matter what their position in life today. The only thing standing in their way is desire, persistence, hard work and a desire to learn and relearn. Liberals on the other hand, place people into certain socioeconomic and cultural classes, and believe they are hopeless to change and grow, so the government must support them as they are. As I said to someone here before, your views regarding Rush Limbaugh's wife, say far more about you than about Rush Limbaugh or his wife. Better find that browserware quick Michelle, reading lifelong held assumptions can be painful. Michael
