WILLIAM, an additional s1-a will be filed if online brokers will be alloted additional shares. Demand for the shares will create a market for NETR shares and the brokers will want to be there. Call your broker & ask them.

For those of you who use a broker with full services available you have an advantage and if your account value is 100k or more you will be sure to get 100 shares of NETR.

For all others, putting pressure on your brokers wont hurt & you might end up with a few shares just before the IPO. Either way YOU WILL generate DEMAND for the shares
