This chain is nothing like Boston Chicken who leveraged the business through huge debt and negative cash flow right from the start. RUBO has been around for 15 years is well capitalized with great cash flow and they can sell alcohol which is great for margins. They also don't build independent buildings to sell out of, everything is part of strip mall sites. A better comparison would be Foodmaker (FM).
