Eddie, all the questions was addressed in the CC,

Re <<WHEN did Neo management learn of this problem.>>

They realized it within the "past couple of months". You are right the info was clearly leaked to MSDW.

Re <<When will the 3D chip be ready for mass production?>> Well as you know the chip itself is ready and sample volumes already exist. They do not know when the foundry will be ready. It is very hard to predict a fabs performance on 0.25 or lower. Just take a look at AMD and NSM (portland fab).

Re <<Also, how will this problem effect Neo's customers?>>

Parkash said only IBM and DELL know for sure. They are doing all they can and they have been in constant contact with their costumers. Currently there does not exist another company with competing product for the 256 line. All and all they do not expect to drive away any of the big OEM's, but they will lose some of the third tier ones.

I just sold all my shares that I bought at 9 1/8 couple of weeks ago. I might buy them back as we get more visibility. I still own some. I doubt the stock will do much over the next few weeks. But it could very easily hit new all time highs within 12 months. At the current price NMGC could make enough money over the next 4 years to buy all the outstanding shares using the money it has and the money it will earn.
