You are correct, I forgot about the disclosure to the evil players. However, I still believe that the investment banker relationship will grow even farther with the release of previous financials. Some of First Madison's clients may want to see financials prior to plucking the "real" money in.

As I have posted before, financials before 3Q 1999 mean nothing to me. That is the past that will have a bunch of one time charges and stuff for legal fees etc. They mean nothing to me because I know this company and I know what they are doing and I know where they've been.
The company has had it's hands tied and now has freedom again. Starting the end of 2Q and 3Q we will see them back in high gear again as it was. Acquisitions, spin-offs, contracts etc.

Does that make sense?

Glad to see you say "stock value has risen" because although we have seen a good rise the last couple of days, their potential has not even been close to being mirrored in the market price.
