"Spin off will add about .10 to earnings." I think that as long as they have >50% ownership they have to report NTOP losses. At least I've seen this before.

blankmind, Your arguments are compelling. Slowly, the realization has been dawning on me that I want to hold this stock. As a preliminary measure, I increased my naked put stake today. One item that keeps drawing my attention is the new pc2pc product. I think that the demand for that function (chat room telephony) will be considerable. With AOL and GE as partners in the new NTOP entity, it really appears that the groundwork has been put in place for a healthy rate of return. Gary Korn
