MRL's mgmt must be careful about what they say with respect to ongoing work and future possibilities. So many variables come into play and many of these variables are out of the control of MRL's mgmt. Stating confidence is a pretty cautious approach, which is wise, IMO. We all know that if oil prices rebound and rise past the recent highs that many of the ifs, ands or buts will be answered favorably for the OS companies. We also know that if oil turns down from here, there are many pitfalls facing the industry. Supply and demand. I've placed a few bets on the demand side of the equation. I have a feeling many institutional investors are doing the same about right now. We will see...... Just my opinion, Michael
