My own reading of the press release suggests that Menavi isn't under any hard and fast obligation to do anything, if it doesn't want to.

So... Where's the beef? Interesting that nothing about those "$6 billion in reserves" has been put out in writing.

Great posts Jeff. I was really concerned that the intense flood of hype last night could really hurt the unsuspecting. Very relieved. Even many posters on Raging Bull appear to be waiting for more substantial information. So good to see that.
