Gary ... I think a lot of this is nit picking and gets us nowhere. That being said, I happen to agree with you on one point which I think is substantial. You are absolutely correct when you say that if we are paying 17 - 18% for leasing equipment, a line of credit (which is less than that, I believe) could be used to pay off the leases. I am not sure what the interest rate would be, but I would have to believe it must be around 10% or so, considerably less than the 18% now being paid. A very good point. Wish it had been brought up on the call.

Also, I believe Don said that when the company went public he sold shares to private placement it was understood, at least by me, that it was company stock not from his personal holdings. And if you listened to the replay and the past calls, Don never said he was unaware of the trading being done by Scott .. only claimed that he was unaware of the depth of the losses as he did not keep current on it. Whether that is true or not, who knows.

In any event, it does us no good to fight amongst us ... rather we all have a common goal. Should we not be trying to strike an agreeable cord here.

'Tis indeed a shame that you did not read the thread before you attempted to pillory me for things which I reported that Don said.

As I stated several times on the open thread, my effort in transcribing my notes was to summarize Don's comments in as neutral a form as possible, in other words, without adding my editorial comments.

Clearly I do not agree with some things Don said, but I prefer to separate my own perhaps-biased opinions and experiences from Don's words.
