less than 5% appears pretty meager to me too. fwiw, investor reports 31%: investor.msn.com also, you can view the listing of all TD's sedar filings at the following link. i couldn't find the 5+% institutional holders on the proxy (a la edgar), don't have word perfect to browse through many of the other docs, and am unfamiliar with how canadian public companies file in general. basically, i got frustrated. perhaps one of you from "up there" can locate it and post. sedar.com thanks, eh, -chris.
