At the time when the AGRS management contemplated this, the stock was trading at, I would say, 0.015. It has advanced nearly 2000% since. So, at the most, a 1:5 reverse will achieve the equivalent goal. In a few days, when the rest of the great news coming out, they may not even need a 1:5.
